I suspect that having a button in your car that kills everybody in the car behind you, and probably also everybody in the car behind him, is not "street legal".
I don't recall if there's a jet engine with afterburner accessory (I'd have to check Uncle Al's), but it could certainly be a HDFOJ (Heavy Duty Flaming Orange Juice) weapon in an external armored pod.
All I can think of is how cool that would be as I cruise along the San Mateo Bridge to and from work every day. (Bridge = 7 miles, mostly straightaway)
