Quick Update

Con is going well. Two games played, two GMed. I've made tryslora laugh until she cried and I've made dirkcjelli spew Sunkist Orange Soda from his nose. And sniped arcaedia's kill.

Oh, and saw portions of the most disturbing Time-Life infomercial evar. It was for the 168 song "Soft Rock" collection and the guys from Air Supply were basically promoting the vastest collection of limp lurve songs I've ever heard. And the amazing thing was that they didn't just have a 30 second "freedom-rock" style dumb commercial. It was a full-blown infomercial. Scary television indeed.

Oooo! Carl and I saw that infomercial last night. The acting was stilted and horrible and the Air Supply guys WAY old. We stared aghast for a good fifteen minutes or so before mustering the willpower to overcome the "must watch dumbfounded because it's so unbelievably stupid" impulse and turn the channel. I kept waiting for Drew Carey to buzz them out but it never happened.
