On the server front...

The server is purchased and we're installing stuff as fast as we can. Note that "as fast as we can" is throttled by the fact that we got Civ IV this weekend as well.

TWiki: 4.0.5 installed. It's fast and doesn't give spurious errors. All user webs migrated trivially. Done!
MySQL: 5.0.27 installed. Databases moved. Converted to INNODB. Done!
Movable Type: 3.33 installed. Some plugins installed. Will need to go through each blog, fix directory locations, etc. My blog rebuilt 80% done!
AWStats: Haven't even started. Doesn't affect users. Will do it after go-live.
Users: TBD.
Gallery: Gallery 1.5.4 is being a whiney little biatch. Oh, I can't find ImageMagick! I won't let you save the admin password unless the binary is available!

So, pretty close. If I beat Gallery into submission, we'll convert this week, leaving me next weekend to work on the mail server.
