I didn't, alas. It's not much of a joke. Was it accompanied by any physical antics? Perhaps an amusing intonation? NOOP *could* have comedic potential as a noise, as the OO sound and P are usually amusing when used in conjunction.
Alas, there is no "OO". It's two syllables (no op), since it's the opcode for "No Operation", which is what you tell a computer when you want it to do nothing really fast.
