Of course, I am aware of your zeal and spirit, but I find it necessary to remind you that while there is a holiday that is traditionally invoked as "the holiday after which it is still too early to decant the Christmas Decorations", you seem to have misidentified it. The traditional holiday is "Halloween", as in 'the day after Halloween is still too early to break out the Christmas Decorations'.

If you throw down a Santa filled with cinnamon potpourri the day after Labor Day, then you're a little too festive. You may find that you have expended everyone else's Holiday Tolerance for Christmas Cheesiness by Columbus Day.

In short words, please get rid of Santa for a few more months. That is all.
