Nervous Night...

So, while poking around on The Electric Factory web site, looking for info on the +Tommy Shaw (yay!) -Dennis De Young (also yay!) Styx tour, (specifically, could we see it anyplace other than Scranton Effing PA?), I saw that The Hooters had a gig in PA in June. Ginger got us tickets.

Looking on their site, they're re-released their indie debutAmore on CD, with bonus tracks. Wow. I have that on vinyl and haven't heard it in twenty years. I've ordered me some of that...

It turns out that I was wrong about being burned out on going to concerts for a bit. :)

I think deYoung and Styx are coming to Musikfest in August here in Bethlehem...

And we danced...

They list a Kansas/Styx show that I must've been thinking of...

Dennis is on tour with "Dennis DeYoung Plays the Music of Styx"
Styx is on tour with "Styx plays the music of Styx, minus the wussy stuff by Dennis."

What they need to re-release is the wonderful concert video I have on VHS. It's going to wear out sooner rather than later, and I'd love to have it on DVD.

I saw them live once when they opened for Bryan Adams. I'm pretty sure I was the only person in Reunion Arena who was there specifically to see them, and felt that Bryan Adams was an incidental bonus.

I fed that as input to my computer to get the tracks off of it. Specifically "Time After Time", since it wasn't available anyhwhere else.
