Tweets for Today

  • 08:52 not doing troubleshooting in t-shooting meeting b/c half the people aren't here. 11PM meeting requests FTL
  • 16:48 It wasn't a suck day, just frustratingly non-productive. I'm counting on Wammo to fix it, or at least keep me from worrying about it

As a Battlestar Galactica fan, that set of letters means, "Faster Than Light," as in, "Spool up the FTL engines NOW!"

Which makes me think whomever you're meeting with at 11PM, possibly at rutamaya, is a mighty demanding customer in more than one way. ;)

Heh. No, it's simply "For the Lose", similar to "FTW = For The Win". Todd called a meeting at 8:30 that he sent out the invites to at 11PM. Half the invitees didn't show up.

Huh. That's ever so slightly more mundane than my version of reality in which you're a secret mad genius engineer who conducts clandestine meetings in music venues, the better to cover your conversation from prying ears, with secret clients who are on the run from galactic enemies and *need* you to provide that FTL capability to escape.

Well, I wouldn't put that in my LJ, now would I?

You've got me there. Still, it was one of the more amusing Twitter posts I've ever read. :)
